The online reservation was simple and easy. The young lady and gentleman at the 251 E. 95th store, that assisted me in the office were so patient and kind. They made the process very easy for me. This has been my usual U-Haul office and I have no plans to change it.

I almost see why we as Black people fail when it comes to customer service. I arrived at 6:55 p.m. to return a vehicle. Not only was the lady still in the store but the doors was locked. She even walked outside and acted as if my boyfriend and I was invisible. I did see some negative reviews and I see why. They do have plenty of vehicles but to not close until 7 and then not acknowledge your customers...plain ghetto. Also, before I came to this location I called to find out if they had a drop box and damn near got hung up on. Do better!

The two ladies was very courteous. The process was explained well. I arrived on time because I reserved a truck. I had to wait for my driver. There was no problem for me to wait. The return of the truck was easy and quick.

I'm not sure but on the day I went they happened to be out of the small and medium size rental trucks and they wouldn't let me reserve the truck for an upcoming date. They were also lacking great customer service skills and the bathroom was dirty.
