The process is explained well and returns are easy and quick. The setting is clean and warm. The location has new, excellent vans and trucks, and customers can pretty much always rent what they need. Nothings needed for improvement. The staff are really nice & pleasant people to work with. Facility is clean. Easy to access the vehicles.
