Staff isn't the friendliest. My interactions with the staff differ from what others may have. Customer service has become too relaxed, there is not dialog, (communication)with the customer.

The app is very behind in terms of banking services. They really need to update their systems. They don’t offer automatic payments for my mortgage apparently. Would not recommend going through or with them for mortgages.
