I came in for a money order. They have the machine where you can use tap, but she said the option for tap is no longer available, but customers wasn’t notified of this change, which was wasting my time going up there. If any changes are made to anything, it should be made aware to the customers before the change happen

I was told that in order to deliver mail to my unit that I would have to provide a key. I did and was told that they lost it even though I can see others residents mail tossed on the floor of my building. They are lazy and need to be replaced by AI ASAP.
