I returned an Amazon package, and Amazon has yet to receive it, and the return label Amazon provided for me to use shows no activity over the last couple of weeks so and now I am out of money since Amazon can't confirm the return and won't return the money I spent. I will not be using this UPS store again. I even called the store, and the owner said to wait; he did not even look into the issue for me. I've returned Amazon items at other UPS stores and the return was processed within hours, so this makes absolutely no sense.
UPDATE (08-19-2025):
After complaining to Corporate, the store got in touch with me, and it turns out that my package was still sitting in the store. They are shipping it out today so hopefully Amazon will still take the return. I am bumping my star rating up to 3 thank to David reaching out to me an expediting the resolution.

I always have so many returns and they are so nice about it every single time. One time I had to reprint the label and they were extremely patient and let me send the label over and they took care of everything.

Super pleased with the service and professionalism! I worked with David on packing and shipping a ceramic art piece. He was great with the communications and patient with my questions. The packing is secure and professional. I really appreciate the double packing and padding. The piece arrived in great shape. I would definitively use their services again!

The customer service was AMAZING!!!! The ladies here the day i visited this location were Erika and Quinn. They were both super kind and patient. I had my young daughter with me and they were so nice to her.

Dropped off a shoe box at this store to ship out with my prepaid label and everything, and my package was all destroyed and messed up during transit where now the company won't refund me anymore. Disappointed in this ups store as I thought it would be a smooth transaction of return, but ended up not getting my money back. Watch out if you are shipping a shoe box, make sure you have it in a box before you shipping box to prevent loss of your item.

I spent $60 on 2 day air to be delivered on Saturday. Sunday was Mother's Day. My mother just received her card on Tuesday morning. $60 is already a ridiculous price for 2 day air. Do not use UPS!!

Never thought I would enjoy going to a UPS! I run a small business and go to this UPS often. Everyone working is always friendly and happy to help me with whatever I need. They make it easy to ship out whatever I need. I dread when I have to go to another location.

Waited over 35 minutes for the fingerprint tech despite having an appointment. The entire store was a safety hazard. At one point, I tripped over items (not boxes) near the identity station. Terrible experience. Go anywhere else!

Do not waste your time. They lost my package and it doesn't matter that I have the receipt because they take no accountability and can't communicate. They're rarely open when I visit during busines hours or their internet doesn't work because they didn't pay the bill.

I initially chose this store for mailbox service based on their hours, and I'm happy to say that everyone involved has made it a great experience.
All staff members are friendly, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend this location.

this is the best UPS store, period. efficient, kind, helpful, smart. They know what they’re doing and they want to make your experience easy.
Any fedex, UPS or shipping store should learn from this group of absolute Pros. I wish all of my UPS experiences were like this but, this store is simply in its own league, above the rest.

We made the choice to get a mailbox here a year ago because our packages kept getting stolen and I’m so glad we did! The folks here are so incredibly kind and professional. Even though it’s just routine package pickup, they always have a cheerful demeanor. The team here makes what would otherwise be a boring errand into a genuinely enjoyable experience every time. Beyond that, I have yet to experience a package getting lost or stolen. I highly recommend this UPS for all your shipping needs!
