Good service, Subpar employee image đ«
I normally come for most of my packing and office services to this UPS location because its location convenience and general good service; however, today I wish I were blind when I notice the âtoo casualâ employee presentation; the UPS employee was working shoeless!!
When did a work setting become our living room? Doesnât uniform mean wearing shirt, pants/shorts, belt and work shoes? It is not professional to roam around the UPS store, among coworkers and customers, with only socks â it is uncomfortable for clients, even for the most casual environment setting.

I saw some negative reviews about this place closing early so I tried to get there well before closing. Today I ended up cutting it too close and arrived at 4:59pm (store closes at 5pm) and they still took me in and helped me. They are always so friendly when I come in but this was just great because it was my fault for coming so late but they still took care of me. Thanks so much again!

Packages that end up lost, or damaged result in no refund from the store. They compile their Liability/Claim policy in the smallest font making it so hard to read, only to find that they're not liable once your given the printed PSO. They lost a $170 dresser that I paid for, and I'm out of pocket an additional $204 I paid UPS when I decided to return my item because it was no longer needed.

If I could give their customer service I would. Paid exorbitant amount to send something two day, now saying 7 days. Local store gave me a 1-800 number to call. On the phone for almost an hour. No supervisor at the store just a bunch of people that have no idea what theyre doing. Stay far away. Use fedex.

Store is supposed to be open at 9. 20min after 9 and no signs of life. Picture provided with timestamp to confirm. Phone has been ringing all morning. So much for reliability.
