I arrived at 9:15 AM. Store hours say it opens at 9 am. Store was closed and no one was there. Huge waste of time.

I had a positive experience at this UPS store due to Pam's exemplary customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me with printing and shipping and address all my concerns with professionalism and expertise. I felt welcomed and recommend this UPS store as Pam provides exceptional assistance.

Young lady named Taven helped me print some docs & ship some things. She was juggling multiple customers, since she was working by herself. I don’t know how she did it & felt for her, but she seemed to be handling it well.. she deserves more!

Excellent, quick, and friendly customer service every time I visit. I've been a frequent customer for the last two years and will keep returning as Pam is always the best! I once had to file a claim due to a lost package and Pam was so very helpful and my claim was paid quickly.

This UPS Store is my go to location for all my shipping and printing needs. The staff, particularly Pam, is always very friendly and helpful. This store is also very reliable. I’ve never had a lost package; they all make their way to their destination as intended. I highly recommend this location.

Employee (Pam) locked the door 5 min earlyI notice 2 people were standing at the registers and I wait for some one to open, I thought maybe they close just for security purposes..She came to the door and open and was Super Rude to me !!!Arguing that she has to be home for her kids.(The printer didn’t print one of the Lables and they ask me to provide the barcode to scan again and With no issue I was patient and just provide the barcode again, but she was more frustrated for this incident just talking at loud we gotta go .Wend I told her you don’t have the right to talk to me like this just because I have 5 packagesbut she was Like we have to go ma’am ……I want to go home .Don’t come at the last minute . next time I will not open the door for you .(This lady was not doing anything just waiting for the time to clock out , the other guy took care of my transaction , so she was just putting pressure to me and the other guy with her BAD temper and Urgency to get out from work )‼️I don’t think she have the right to treat ANYONE like this , There are Many nice ways to express your self but if you work in customer service this is A HORRIBLE way to express your self and deal with people.

To: Business Customer Service's replyI hope you follow through like you say you will. I have not seen any changes yet. They are still late as usual, throwing packages on the porch without ringing the bell. This is awful. One driver dropped a package to us just last week and he just through it on the porch and left. My daughter ran down stairs to catch him because the package didn't belong to our address. I hope there's a change soon.

Excellent UPS location! In the heart of South Loop! Friendly and efficient staff that assists in any way they can to help your package efficiently reach its destination. More cost effective than FedEx and prices in line with USPS. You'll be in and out in no time-the manager Alex runs an effective friendly shop!

I had to ship a large and heavy package today and print the shipping label. I encountered some technical difficulties, but the staff were very friendly and understanding and guided me through the process. They also quickly packed my parcel. 10/10, great customer service and ended up getting my package shipped without issues.
