I shipped and overnight shipment for work laptop I paid $200 for it! It is dropped off at the store Aug 9th the store staff guaranteed pick up on Saturday. Now it is Monday Aug 11th 7pm and system still shows UPS does not have possession of the package! This is urgent urgent causing my job type of shipment and staff is not handling with correct attitude! I’d leave a 0 star if I can.

This is not the forst time but todays interaction with the young woman at the counter was horrendous. Im trying to put a computer box on the counter with a crutch and some difficulty. She removes the last item on the scale and says “put it in the scale”. Very rude tone. I repeat the demand and she does her thing and hands me a receipt. This is a computer return prepaid, prepackaged, and pre-labeled no work for her at all except a scan, but she informed me that they charge for Pre-labeled I said it’s a return she said still gonna charge but you’re OK this time… I responded saying I’ve been coming here for four years doing the same thing and returns are never charged. She then blows up at me saying she’s gonna make sure my package doesn’t get there again a very expensive computer return I questioned her and she went off the handle, rude unintelligible. I’m downright me then they threaten to call the cops. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

Like the previous review mentioned, they are trying to charge $5.00 to receive a UPS package drop off. I have been dropping off UPS packages there for over 10 years, and was never charged. Also, the representative hung up on me when I explained this!!!! RUDE!!! UPS is the worst!!!!

The same thing happened to me that has happened to other reviewers. This store is charging a bogus $5 fee to ship already paid and labeled parcels. I looked for the nearby drop box, but couldn't find it, so this was my only option to return items before the deadline. UPS needs to speak with this location.

I’ve used this location many times due to its location to my home BUT never again! As many others have stated, they charged me TWO fees to return items to Macy’s. I see that the response to the other comments have all been the same—something along the lines of being independently owned and thus able to charge fees. However, Macy’s has a negotiated contract with UPS and covers shipping fees so what exactly is this fee for? In most cases the items are already prepackaged and labeled and as far as I know, you aren’t personally delivering or driving these items anywhere so you’re charging an extra fee for what… touching the box? Make it make sense. If your real issue lies with the ‘cost of running a franchise’ then perhaps your problem and solution is with corporate NOT nickel and diming your customers on an item and service that is already being paid for by the vendor. Instead of ripping people off (let’s call it what it is), your focus should be on the lack of customer service offered by your employees. I will gladly take my business (and money) elsewhere.

Would leave a 0 star review if possible. The employees here always have a huge attitude problem and are rarely ever helpful. I can’t count the number of times I’ve gone down to ship something and had to go somewhere else because they are unwilling or unable to help with simple requests.
Just recently, I found out this location is charging extra for its services. I had already paid for and attached a UPS shipping label and they wanted to charge me an extra $5 fee. Avoid this location—don’t get scammed! FYI: There is a UPS Drop Box in the Pedway just 2 mins walk from this one.

Avoid this location. They will charge you their own personal extra fee to ship your items. This is above UPS rates and fees charged just by this location. Refused to pay it and dropped it off around the corner without out issue or additional charge.

There is a UPS access point a block away at the CVS that will let you drop off pre-paid returns for free. This place charges you fees to do the same.

This location is charging a $5 fee per package for pre-paid packages. Seems like a scam.
