I have been a US Bank customer for several years. I have never felt so disappointed in the level of customer service I received as I did today. Let me make one thing very clear, I go out of my way NOT to write negative reviews for businesses as I realize how damaging this is to business. Unfortunately I felt like I was treated in a dismissive manner, and it was overtly obvious that having three relationships with this bank did not matter. I went in today to request five rolls of quarters. I know this is unusual however I did not want to make an extra trip to the bank next week for more. I was told it was their strict policy to not provide more than three rolls of quarters to their non-business customers. I waited more than ten minutes to speak to the manager who did not bother escorting me to his desk to speak to me like a professional would; he simply went behind the teller line and let me know that was their policy and would not make an exception. I will be closing my account at US Bank as I do not need to be treated like my business is not valued.

They don't have any customer service and / or product knowledge. I ask one of the employees about the business bank account I have with them, and she told me to go call the phone number for customer service! ?

I love this location. Alexis is the friendliest and most helpful person. She makes conversation and has the best customer service. I can’t say enough positive things about her!

Customer service is incredibly low quality and the staff have basically called me a liar and withheld my funds from me with no explanation. Once I receive my money back I will not be banking here

I know I'm not a customer but what's wrong with exchanging a bill for some quarters? Especially if you want to gain a client at some point would you not want to help out non-clients as well?

I went to this bank to exchange $ for quarters. The guy working there told me that he sells real estate and said something along the lines of "you know you wouldn't have to always go to the bank for quarters to do your laundry if you owned your own house, I sell real estate you should take my number." I found this to be unprofessional and insulting

Every time you come there will be a long line. There are 3 workers but only one taking care of customers. Very slow service. There is usually about 6-12 people in front of you and the line doesn’t move quickly. No sense or urgency.

Wanted to like this old fashioned bank in nut area but: had someone else's paperwork accidentally sent via e-mail to me. They didn't respond when their check was being verified at my point of purchase, causing me to be inconvenienced by having to wait over an hour while we both tried contacting another branch to verify funds. Online banking has made these types of models obsolete. A developer will buy this waste of space one day.

I agree with everyone here that this is the worst bank branch I've ever dealt with. I tried to do a wire for a closing the next day and none of the tellers wanted to help with my issue. They said I missed the window for domestic wires. I said I understood but could they kindly do the wire as I didn't need it to post today. The three looked at me with the look that none of them wanted to help me. I bank at Chase and US Bank. I think I will move everything to Chase.

I had an appointment at 2 in the afternoon I asked an assistant who had the appointment at 2:00 he answered Let me see I was there for an hour and he didn't tell me anything this bank and the best thing to do would be to look for a better one that is?????

It took US Bank two weeks after I received my credit card in the mail to ruin my credit history with its useless and illiterate customer service. By making a statement late payment without notification of the client. Absolute disregard for the client. Normal people only go away from low level customer service of US Bank ! Better to contact in other more reliable banks, but not US Bank.
