Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Coin counting machine is very helpful. Lots of banks don't have that service so that is helpful.

Terrible, unhelpful customer service. Lacks ability to assist with basic banking tasks.

Long wait in line to see a banker, and then another long wait until a banker was available. Only one person at a window, and only one person acting as banker.
