This the worst bank in the city of Chicago. I advise you go anywhere else but here. They care nothing about your time.

Be aware. All those ATMs outside the office are not US Banks ATM. The only ATM operated by US bank is the one in their lobby, as I was told during a visit to retrieve my detained debit card.

How rude!! Drive thru teller on e. 106th street tossed my Id and check to the ground intentionally .this happened today at lunch time!!!!
