Very rude staff who doesn't explain instructions. Is very sassy and needs to be changed.

Wanted to send packages internationally. She happily replied “we don’t do that here.” Husband went a few months earlier for a money order. Her reply was same. What’s the point of a full service post office that doesn’t provide full service?
