  Update your hours if you’re going to keep closing hours early. Just walked in 100 degree heat to drop off a package that needed to go out today just for them to be closed during their open hours.

  Something is wrong with this USPS location. They close at 3pm on Saturday, yet when I arrived at 2:15pm, the place was closed and locked. Several people showed up behind me also trying to get in. I’m going to try the Uptown location and see if they’re operational.

  some of the worst customer service i’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. the employee i dealt with for my passport lied straight to my face on multiple instances about appointment times and they cancelled one of my appointments without even calling me. go to the location on north broadway if you actually want... read full comment
