Unfortunately the bad reviews do not exaggerate, and I wish I'd seen them sooner. Definitely report fraud and misconduct to the USPS Inspector General online hotline - you may not get your mail/time/sanity back but it's something.

Most of them are lazy and very disrespectful.
Edit: been on the phone for 40 minutes when automated voice said 13 min. I’m pretty sure there not capable answering a simple call or doing any work for that matter.

Worst post office i’ve ever been to. Only 1-2 employees working up front, both with AirPods in. They refused to print a label for me and told me to do it at the one self service machine they have, where I was stuck behind someone else for 15 minutes while he figured out how the machine worked and called someone to send him money for the postage charge.

This post office consistantly mishandles my mail. I moved a few months ago and filled out my change of address forwarding and I did not receive a singular piece of mail with the forwarding sticker on it. I lost a month's worth of mail during that time with no one willing to help. Most recently I had a package marked delivered that was never placed into my mailbox and once again no one will help because the delivery driver said he put it in the mailbox. I have never had so many issues with a post office in my life. Which is very frustrating since it's not like I can just get my mail a different way.

They are not professional. They run you around in circles when wanting to change address and holding mail! I moved for 6 months and could not get my mail for 7 months! I lost my SSDI in this time. NOT cool!!!

They’re to stay open until posted closing hours (such as 7PM weekdays), but routinely lock up early. If you know you’re arriving within 15 minutes of closing, flip a coin.

This location is always short staffed and the staff is rude and unprofessional. I arrived at open and stood in line for an hour.
