One customer was able to complete a walk-up passport application in just 5 minutes, and another had a smooth experience with a 15-minute wait for their baby's new passport. I think bots review bombed this place because neither myself nor anyone I've spoken to has had an issue here. Friendly staff and my stuff always gets where it needs to at a good price- no issues at all!

Staff could use some serious customer service training. All the windows were open but no one present to wait on the customer. Associate was unhappy because I leaned over the counter and shouted was anyone working.

Extremely rude staff and they don’t solve the problems or answer a question if you need.It won’t get any better.
