1st off its messy as hell in there. And it was after opening. They have the laziest mail carriers besides our regular Tameka. When she's off we don't get mail for days and packages also. She comes back to all that work. It's a shame. Just got me a PO Box tired of this.

I had an issue with a large parcel that couldn't be delivered. I called and opened a ticket and believe it or not the Post Office actually responded. Two days later my parcel was delivered to the mailroom in my apartment building.
Total surprise!
