This post office is the worse, I have reached out several times concerning mail delivery, it has been an ongoing problem, for about two years or more. And it’s still a problem sometimes we don’t receive mail or packages for a week, this is very frustrating, I hope someone will take better care of people concerns on mail delivery.

So the post office doesn't want to answer the phone ...... This is like trying to contact the president... Why do they pick the phone up and hang up after you been on waiting for so long...
That's rude.... Can you corp people please invest in a secretary or something to handle the calls.... Everyone not accessible to just get up and come down there when something is wrong with the mail... In my case their delivery person not leaving my mail all my senders keep saying my mail has been returned and I just want to know why and get it fixed. This is insane

I can never get my packages if they are over 15lbs because they said that my mail carrier cannot carry them. She has a bad back. I do too and if I paid for shipping to my house then it should get delivered to my house. I address the issue to management and it fell on death ears. Then they close super freakin early. 12:30 pm are yall serious!

They lie and say they “attempted” to deliver but fail to realize any and all actions are recorded on camera at my apt (i have cameras evrrywhere) no one even came to my door at around the time it was attempted!!! What are yall doing over there? Where tf my package

Lady working this morning has the nastiest and rudest attitude. She needs to be trained in customer service if she’s going to be working that window. She’s no service to you, no answers. All she can say is what need’s to be purchased.

There is always a problem with this post office. First off. It's incredibly inconvenient that it closes st 4:30pm whem all the others stay open until 7pm. Secondly, half the time during the day the system is down and they can't process and packages going out, so dropping packages off is impossible. Why is it even still open?

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Literally the worst USPS location in the United States. A complete travesty inside, always junky, messy, everything in disarray. If you’re lucky, at least one employee will be on duty. If not, you’ll just stand there idly until someone from the back tells you they’re not able to service you. This is EVERY TIME I come to this location! Their lack of competence and customer service is in desperate need of attention.

This is the most unprofessional & inconsiderate place of business I’ve ever been too. The lack of care & concern for the customer is ridiculous. They need serious help with their customer service!
