Very rude. Picky about using recycled packaging. Made partner buy one of their supplies. This never happened before. I would love to support USPS, but if they cannot accept recycled packaging, I would be sticking with UPS.

One of the employees here, Felisha Coleman always gets us in and out and always has such a great attitude every single time! I drive extra to come to this USPS because of the customer service!

poor management. the workers here couldn't care less about issues that's outside of what they do regularly. the workers here only do the bare minimum to not get shut down by USPS. they don't care enough to actually help people. corrupt people!

This post office features a variety of services and the clerks are solution specialists. They work hard and do a great job.

Came for a passport appointment which was booked online ahead of time. Waiting was over an hour without telling what was going on. Laziness, inefficiency!

Haven't received mail in 3 days from the USPS, they can stop milking the clock now

Shameful racism and laziness.
All I asked was to mail a document via Priority Mail with proof of delivery — something USPS does every day. The clerk refused to help, refused to print a label, and made it clear I wasn’t welcome. Her lazy attitude and blatant disrespect felt clearly driven by bias against Latino customers. I went to FedEx and had absolutely zero issues!
USPS needs to stop turning a blind eye and start holding the staff at this location accountable. They’re a disgrace to the community — especially ironic considering this branch is in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood.

While I was waiting in line there were a couple of individuals who didn't speak English. They tried using Google translate but were told they couldn't do that as they needed a physical person to translate. Pilsen is a neighborhood with a majority of Latino community. The least they could do is allow them to use Google translate if they have no one to help them out.
Everyone is extremely rude. Every time I go in there they are always on their phone even when helping me, have a nasty mug look, and a disgusting attitude.
USPS do better.
Negative -10,000,000 stars.

I think this post office should be closed. The employees was so mean. Never go there anymore.
