Incredibly rude staff failed to help us easily ship heavy packages (50 lbs). The two-wheel dolly they begrudgingly provided had their wheels busted, which made the process so much more difficult.

I called at 3:05pm on a Monday asking if the fingerprint machine was working and if I could come today. I was told yes and yes. I arrive at 3:30pm and was told hours are 10am-3pm. The woman was rude and said I heard wrong as I was told the hours. This is a lie. This was a waste of my time and money.
