Lazy mail people. Can’t get my real ID for my trip because they can’t bother to look behind the door for the mailboxes. Haven’t gotten mail for MONTHS. Staff extremely rude when calling and no help. Now I have to cancel my trip. Thanks for nothing.

I hate this post office people are slow and rude. They sit their just to say you have a complaint on line. They can't read apparently as my name is on my mail box but my mail is all in one box or in other box. Now they are loosing my packages

Not sure how this place even has a 1.6 stars. They lose your mail all the time and could care less about fixing it. We constantly have lost mail and receive other peoples mail and they do absolutely nothing but make excuses. I hope this place gets privatized

In this office the workers are very rude and very unprofessional, they ignore people and attend to them when they feel like it, they are racist with people, they should change staff in this office, and pay more attention to customer service

I encountered a situation when I recently moved to the area in May, and was not receiving my mail because the mailbox had been damaged for three months.
I hadn't received any mail before then until I knew I was going to receive time-sensitive mail. I called my local postal office and went to the post office on Grand and Armitage.
The two ladies at the front desk were kind, patient, and willing to help. One lady, Ms. Oshea, directed me to my mail lady, Ms. Thelma, With their help, I was able to receive my mail in a brand new mailbox.
This experience reminded me of the importance of treating people kindly and respectfully. I am truly grateful for their assistance and encourage others to do the same.

Within the last three months my fathers checks towards his payments have not been arriving and because of that he has been receiving late charges and rolling invoices. This is three different occasions and my dad is taking the penalties even though he submits his payments on time. Checks are either getting lost or stolen within this location or within the process. Proper letter handling builds trust with your customers and unfortunately this is disappointing.

I needed to send two certified letters out of state. I specifically told the rep “I don’t know how to send out certified, never done it. What am I supposed to do?
But thank you for taping the post it notes onto the envelopes, instead of telling me to get out of your line to do a, b and c.
I paid $10.16 just to have both letters SENT back to MY address instead of where they needed to go.

Why are you so incompetent? Is there any supervisor checking on this office? Late delivery, missing mail, false reason not to delivery, worse Phone assistance. They put you on hold and never come back.

Carrier constantly enters false information about why packages weren’t delivered. Do your job instead of being lazy and only delivering every 3 days, I might as well pay for a PO Box at this point.

Missing mail , mail send back to sander without a reason . I went there in person to ask what's going on with mail delivery and they said there is no issues... yea ... I have a issue... my mail is constantly missing. Credit cards .. Driver Licanse send from Secretary of state and so many other pieces of mail.. we need city officials to look at this post office and someone need to answer
