The lady at the front desk is HORRIBLE. Useless. Unhelpful. Ride. Hates her job. Do not come here. I asked how I would shop something and the cost. Her reply, “I don’t know.” Then she made me put it on the scale, trying to maneuver behind a glass barrier to get to the scale. 2:20 pm on Aug 12th if her manager cares to review footage of my visit and his useless staff. Judging by the reviews of this place, I’m guessing the owner and manager just don’t care. If you need assistance with ANYthing, don’t come here. The lady after me asked for shipping options for mail. She told her the same thing and the customer called her out and was like, “Aren’t you supposed to be able to tell me shipping options since I don’t know and I don’t work here?” This lady should legit find a new job.

I have received exceptional service at the Sheffield/DePaul USPS office, especially when sending documents overseas. It's clear they are underfunded but the staff do their best.

Overcharged me - instead of taking time to print a stamp for exact weight, just gave me multiple international stamps. It was a letter. And instead of them taking the letter and mailing it, directed me to do it myself. Only one person working, but I was the only customeelr in there, and they weren't very friendly.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. I actively go out of my way to avoid it. Nothing ever works, like the self kiosk, and yet they get angry when they have to help. The boxes are never stocked so you have to pay for boxes larger than you need. When I tried to explain something to the lady, she kept talking over me and got mad when I tried to re-explain. Going here genuinely ruins my day and makes me anxious.

I don’t ever write reviews, but after my experience here, I need to. The way the woman working here spoke to customers was borderline abusive. No one should fear walking into a post office and this lady has done that. USPS needs to take a serious look at their employees. Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely horrific how bad this place is. They make up their own hours. And even when they are open, they turn people away saying they're closed.
It's almost impossible to believe how low functioning they are.

Incredibly rude and lazy staff. There was no line and two agents were sitting and talking. I brought pre-paid packages and simply asked for a receipt. They refused to give me one. Based on the other reviews, this seems to be a common level of service.
