I already avoid coming here because of the passive aggressive signs pasted up everywhere but today I showed up at 5:47pm and they were closed - over an hour before the time posted on the door. This is the worst post office ?

I was scared to go there after reading all these 1star reviews, but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. There were 4 or 5 people in front of me in the line, but my turn came in 10 or 15 mins. Maybe I was just lucky.Please hear me out! One of the customers in the line brought a gigantic stuffed animal without a box, and of course she was told that she needs a box to send it. These post office workers are probably dealing with this kind of customers all day and now I totally understand how they can get frustrated and stressed out sometime.Please do your part before going to post office!

45 minutes and only 4 people ahead if me in line. When I was my turn both workers were eating while working at 10:15 .Workers in back were all on their cell phones.

My boyfriend and I went to get our passport applications in and whoever the kind lady was that helped us out was genuinely very amazing. She got us in right on time, finished all our documents quickly. Very efficient and very nice to us the whole time. It was a painless experience and I can’t say enough good things. Love your USPS Employees and treat them well!

The women are colored and they think they are queens and they don't answer a single question. They are arrogant despots. They should have Latinos because there are people who don't speak English and they are not helpful. They don't even want to explain to those who speak English. It is an unpleasant experience to see the faces of those women. ???

These employees at the post office are there to collect a check not to work These are the most incompetent employees in the world. The post office should go out of business. They have a deficit of billions of dollars and their employees don’t work.

Came twice, once to drop off a package for shipping, another to buy and purchase shipping in the office. Both times were wonderful, short waits, helpful clerks and a beautiful public lobby.

This place has the least dedicated workers- walked in for a passport today for my infant son during the walk in hours listed on their website- lady "working" (not doing anything) at the passport desk says they don't accept walk-ins for passport services. Just great to see folks just sitting on around unwilling to help customers.

I think I echo a lot of other low reviews at this location - the staff has such an incredibly foul attitude. Like, it’s depressing to walk in there.Except one guy, Victor - Victor was so helpful after correcting a huge (most likely intentional) mistake that an employee where she inflated the dimensions of my three, equally sized boxes so that I’d have to pay A LOT more than estimated through the online calculator. This same woman (didn’t catch her name but she had pink glasses) also SHUSHED me while I was trying to explain that she put the dimensions in wrong and continued shushing me. My jaw was on the floor. You are shushing another full grown adult that you are getting paid to provide a service for??? Just insane. It could have ended a lot differently for her if she did that to someone who wasn’t me.I completely understand that she might have something going on in life, but she was such a miserable person and turned a 15 minute visit to a 60 minute one, AND didn’t even take responsibility or apologize for her error. She acted like she was doing me a favor by correcting the dimensions on the boxes, after condescendingly explaining to me that she measured the boxes and that actually I was in the wrong. I pointed out the dimensions were literally written on the bottom of the box and she continued to “well ackshually” me. Eventually Victor did me a solid and corrected all the dimensions and I had over $60 refunded to me. How is that okay?I also observed she was super rude to the man in front of me who was asking if he could file a lost package claim, and before he could explain, she shut him down saying he said to go online to do it (after he said that he’d tried 5 times online and it wasn’t working).So frustrating. I want to support the USPS but the post office workers make it hard lol.
