Staff were very rude and unhelpful with any questions. They expect you to know everything that they do and snap at you if you don't. This happened to customers at both open desks and I was only there for about half an hour. I will not be coming back to this location.

Terrible service, inaccurate hours for passports, people at the front are RUDE AS HELL. What a waste of our taxes.
