The staff does their job. However, they are rude and condescending. The person who helped me treated me as if I was wasting her time because I did not have access to the same information she had. The info she shared with me was not on the app nor was it something I could've googled.

I've been waiting more than 3 months for my daughter student ventra card!! I called the school several times and said it's ventra that doesn't send the cards!!.
