Carlos and the manager were so helpful in the purchase of my new phone and in the recycling of my old one. They were friendly, patient, and courteous, and Carlos even handed out cookies to the customers. Their kindness and professionalism are much appreciated.

sabo saved my life for real. after a very stressful trip, i was not looking forward to having to take a taxi into the store to fix my SIM card. despite the online reps telling me it was impossible to fix over the phone, sabo quickly solved the issue while being super polite and patient the entire time. genuinely so relieved i could cry. might just name my firstborn son after him. 10/10 would recommend

Waited an hour to get service. Finally when they asked me the reason for my visit I said to switch providers they said appointment only that they couldn’t do it around closing time. Guess I won’t be switching to Verizon

I would really hope corporate sees this review because of the reviews I see I agree their customer service is very poorly. I experienced it firsthand today. with a rep name Paola, I’m not sure if she was in a rush to leave and didn’t want to complete a sale with us. But the way she was explaining stuff she was not making me the customer feel understood or satisfied it was basically we can help you. She turned us away. no solution no nothing with the seven lines we have open. I’m considering taking my business somewhere else.

This location is garbage and staff are not very helpfu
My first time trying to get a service with Verizon and have a very bad experience at this location maybe they need to hire peoples who really wants to work because this peoples look like someone force to work here

I had a problem with my messaging app. Another Verizon store gave me the runaround and then the guy I talked to with the Asurion tech service that I paid for gave me the WHOLE runaround. I went to this store (the one in the Brickyard) and Ephraim fixed my problem in like two minutes.
