I had a problem with my messaging app. Another Verizon store gave me the runaround and then the guy I talked to with the Asurion tech service that I paid for gave me the WHOLE runaround. I went to this store (the one in the Brickyard) and Ephraim fixed my problem in like two minutes.

This location is garbage and staff are not very helpful. I placed an online order and was told to visit the store for pick up. After 3 days of not receiving the "your order is ready" notification, I received an email that my order was cancelled because I did not pick it up. They failed to notify me about this ordeal and this location's phone number is not listed. They even have security in the store because the staff is rude and think they are "experts" when in reality they know literally nothing at all. Do better informing employees of pick up instructions, delivering TIMELY notifications through email, training employees on professionalism, need I go on? Just do better VERIZON and hire better informative employees that are REAL EXPERTS NOT BOTS!

Let me first say that in part, this is my fault, as I should know better when entering into mobile phone stores. I had an iPhone that I wanted to upgrade and when walking by the Verizon shop, I decided to stop in. The issue was not with the upgrade, but rather with the very cavalier way, that a super expensive phone cover, and a phone charger, that really was not necessary was added in. They never indicated the cost and the way it was presented was as if they just came with the package. It wasn’t until the final tab came in that the excess price, which was almost $60 for the phone cover and then $30 for the charger plus a change fee, was disclosed and only after a final amount was given for my credit card charge, and I asked for the breakdown . At that point, I should’ve just said no but I let it go. When I came home and saw that it was the phone cover that was so expensive, I was super angry. Stop adding things in without clearly telling the customer the amount and stop saying that it’s only this charger or this phone cover that is better to be bought here. It’s not necessary and neither one of them were essential. I am writing a letter of about these practices to Verizon. Avoid the shop and if you need to go in just make sure you get it very clear idea of how much each thing cost before signing on the dotted line.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON!!!!!!!! THEY ARE VERY LAZY, NO HELP AT ALL!!!! IF YOURE BLACK THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND PUT IT ON FRAUD HOLD!!!!!! THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED INDEFINITELY!!!!!! AND ALL THE WORKERS NEED TO BE FIRED

Walked in needed help with my damaged phone and the person did not great me or get out of her chair. I asked her for some help and it was like I was disturbing her peace. All she said was to log in to my Verizon app and follow the steps, so I did and walked out, it was a big waist of time. I will never walk into another Verizon again.

My absolutely worst experience with Verizon, and it was my first time in your store. The employee didn’t want to encourage us to use the Verizon, instead just offered great prices and was very rude with unpleasant tone. He act like: “ This is not for you”. I’m very disappointed.

By far the WORST customer service at this Brickyard location. The employee (male, maybe in his 30's, spoke Spanish) that I talked to was EXTREMELY rude and arrogant, talked to me in a very condescending tone, did not let me explain my situation and instead interrupted me several times. I tried to express my concerns and explain to him I had already talked to customer service but he did not offer any other possible solution and literally walked away from me letting me know he was not going to help anymore. Mind you, I had scheduled an appointment (I arrived early) and I was not seated, leaving me standing there when he walked away. I also noticed another male employee who was "assisting" another customer and he was also being very rude and dismissive. I have been at this location multiple times and every time I have been here, the employees have been very UNPROFESSIONAL and provided POOR SERVICE. The employees, including management need to take a customer service training course.

I had such a pleasant experience with the team here. They were all extremely patient and friendly. I walked away with confidence in my purchase of a new phone. One of the best Verizon stores I have visited.
