I don't get all the bad reviews. I found what I needed, bought it, and left. No issues.

Close to Union Station. It's small, but well stocked. The staff was helpful when I needed help locating a product.

Phone system is terrible. Painful to talk to a human. Lots of useless messages that waste time. When you do, they are very unfriendly and sound like they have zero desire to work there. It’s getting annoying. Will change locations as a result now. Too bad. Location is good.
