This is the best Walgreens pharmacy in the city and a hidden gem in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. The pharmacist is really helpful. The pharmacy staff are friendly, efficient and well‑staffed. After 4-5 pm the pick‑up drop‑off counter is just one attendant, spend a long time at the drive trough window. The team goes above and beyond to help.
This is the WORSE walgreens you can possibly go to for meds. The 2 workers are helping the SAME customer. Be ready to wait at LEAST half an hour minimum for the meds. Stay away. This place is just horrible

Store closes at “10pm” yet they don’t allow entrance and have doors with gate closed by 9:22 PM , make that make sense .

I had a very positive experience with multiple members of the pharmacy staff at this location. There was an issue and someone took the time to call me and worked through it with me so I could get my prescription on time and at pick up everybody was very helpful and kind.
