They lost a package dropped for fedex to pick up and left on their counter for long most likely somebody stole it from counter. Fedex never scanned to leave the store and made responsible the store for lose the package with especimens with confidential information. This store is a clear mess. This is a zero ⭐️review

My rating is for the pharmacy. Horrible waiting time for no reason. Im currently standing in line, with 4 pharmacy techs behind the counter and 1 pharmacist. No one is on the drive thru window and no one is assisting anyone at the counter, and there’s a line of 5+people waiting. Why??!!!!

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years! And yes all the workers have the worst attitudes! Minus The one black girl who works the counter in the early morning, she always has a positive attitude. Everyone else, even the managers ask them for something they act like they have something better to do.

Truly the worst Walgreens. I've been going to this one because of proximity, since I moved. But the number of times the pharmacy's line is an hour long is ridiculous. It doesn't matter when you go there's always a long (or should I say slow) line. And to top it all off, I've gone to the pharmacy 3 times this year, and they've been closed for not having a pharmacist. It's just a huge waste of time to send your medication there. Please choose another one.

If I could give it zero stars, And especially the pharmacy, rude people bad service in the pharmacy they have attitudes the service of the pharmacy sucks. I don’t know where to get these people from. They need to teach them how to be friendly and nice to customers from pharmacies. I think they need classes.

ATTENTION SENIORS: paid for over counter med with $5 bill & 20 quarters. cashier told me they couldn't accept too much change. apparently he couldn't count to 20. shoppers bring coins

This is the most disrespectful terrible horrible customer service I stood in a line for a hr just to pick up my father medicine that is horrible they move so slow don’t say nothing to the customer to keep them calm just don’t care this is the worst Walgreens on the west side of Chicago it need to be shut down nowwwwwwwww it’s ridiculous I willl never in my life go back to this place and will change my father pharmacy because if it was a life and death he wouldn’t made it waiting in them to give me his medicine on top of that they told me to it was go take 3 hrs before it’s ready I get her stand in line for a hour and it’s stil not ready

I’d give them a zero if I could. The pharmacy staff are the slowest laziest staff I’ve ever seen at a pharmacy. I don’t know how with 4 people working and only 2 at the counter and a huge line at the window that they could be so inefficient. Take your prescription elsewhere.
