I went to the pharmacy and my insurance wasn’t working. I told the Pharmacist he didn’t have to call but he did anyway and tried to get my insurance to pay for my medication. There were no staff at the registers up in the front of the store attending to customers, who had to wait over 10 minutes to be attended to.
