Hey everyone, if you are picking up a prescription and the pharmacist rings up additional items, please note that you must enter your telephone number for Walgreens rewards twice or you will not get any discounts on your additional items and you’ll pay full price for everything else that you bought. Store Manager, Steve, did what he could to resolve the issue and it was very appreciated.

If a girl named Rosa is at the register, forget ur time, the line was so long and she had to explain her life history to each person. Sometimes just walks away from the register and you can stand there forever before she notices. Omg horriblle!!!

Worst farmacy ever. My doctor sent my prescription a night before and when I showed up to pick up my medication around 2:39pm I was told that they would have it ready the next day due to they run out. I ask to transfer my presciption to other walgreen farmacy, but they said they checked and they actually have the medication and would be ready in 30mins. I gave them 40min and when I showed up they said they need 10 min to get it ready. LOL I now know why they have so many bad reviews. They deserve them. Don't waste your time with this folks.

I get my script filled, which happens to be weekly, the PHARMACIST is rude and unprofessional. It doesn't matter which pharmacist is on staff, they are all rude! They seem to be bigots or biased, i assume, because of the medication I am picking up. It's a shame and a disgrace! Especially since I viewed pharmacist in the highest regard.

Don't do this often, but just wanted to make sure credit is given where credit is due. The Walgreens on Fullerton and Cicero in Chicago, IL 60639, young man Eric (pharmacist), took a call from me earlier today per prescription that I paid for didn't have additional discount per GoodRX, which he applied, post me paying for them with express pay on Walgreens app for same day delivery. I noticed that medication was not delivered by the time I got home from work and waited till 8:00pm and no delivery yet for the same day delivery paid for on the mobile app. As I was ready to shower I noticed a phone call from Walgreens, which happened to be Eric who helped me earlier this afternoon with my prescription and additional discount. He informed me that the delivery service used didn't pick up prescription and he informed me that he gets out of work at 9:00pm and would deliver prescription himself. I post this because this young man went above and beyond his work duty to deliver prescription that was supposed to be delivered same day by delivery service and not him. This is what customer service should be. I would like to "Thank you again", for your outstanding customer service. Continue to keep doing what you do best as Walgreens should be proud of your outstanding customer service.Thanks,Chris

The night staff is bad! They made me feel like they were following me all around the store. They made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable
