Phone wait times are insane. Took 30 minutes to get off hold. Took pharmacy 4 days to refill my prescription in spite of saying it would be ready 3 days ago
I have no clue what the business is doing the the people for them to be so miserable everyday, there has not been one day I have stopped by where I’ve seen a smile on any of the workers face, their tones of voice is always so low and miserable sounding. Most of the time they’re rude.
