Seeing plenty of reviews describing being on hold for large durations of time only to hear the phone picked up and then immediately put back on hold. Just spent an hour doing this myself. Phone rings. Picked up. Put on hold. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Not even a “hello”. Is it bring your kid to work day over there?

Unfortunately this Walgreens cannot handle basic prescription pick ups. I've tried them three times, and it takes an unbelievable amount of time to get a refill. The location at Belmont and Broadway is worth the drive and going inside. This drive thru location is essentially non functional.

Undoubtedly the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been in. Extremely disrespectful customer service… They are always out of things at the photo desk. This one is clearly in need of new ownership.

The cashier Kisha was extremely rude to me she miss counted my money and told her I got the wrong change and she said no I didn't I know how to count you can't count. Wow so I just left the store find better people to hire Walgreens

Rude attendant at the pharmacy windows. Twenty-five minutes on hold, phone getting picked-up and immediately placed back on hold over and over, and over again. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The pharmacist could not have been shorter with me on the phone trying to transfer scripts and give insurance info if she tried. Clearly giving my business to this location was a bother. Unfortunately had to transfer from CVS who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been on hold for 24min now and they just keep putting me back on hold without giving me an update or telling me they are working on something. Walgreens really needs to staff their pharmacies appropriately.

I went to buy some mouth tape, I was looking for it myself and a colored lady came and asked me if I needed help and I asked her about that and she pointed to the area and I was looking for it and very disrespectfully she told me if you don't find it we won't sell it, I hadn't even asked for help so they would come and talk to me that way.

Pharmacy tech super rude. Doctor had called over my script and sent me to another walgreens because in her words we are too backed up and can’t fill this until tomorrow even though we know it is supposed to be filled tonight

All these morons getting their car booted thinking Walgreens is public parking. You left the lot, you get the boot, simple. Morons. Reading the comments has me in stitches.
Great pharmacy here, they help my gf who has a bad memory with her address because she can’t memorize a lot of things. Very polite and helpful. Manager has helped me before

This Walgreens location is like a good friend! They are always at the top of their game. They take a specific, personal interest in my health and well-being and that of the other customers they serve. Their presence is really important to me and to this neighborhood and community.

This is my 3rd attempt to pick up a prescription and was told to come back again in 30 minutes. No apology, they are the rudest staff I’ve ever met. Management must not bother to read the reviews as they all say the same thing.

Gave me the wrong prescription. The pamphlet on the outside of the bag was correct, but it did not match the pills that were sealed inside the bag.
As a result I ended up taking the wrong medication (that was prescribed for a different patient). After I realized the mix up, I called poison control and the pharmacy.
In speaking with the pharmacy they were not empathetic to me as a patient.
