Staff here is generally pretty friendly but the fact that they put you on hold and essentially wait for you to hang up when you try calling feels super inconsiderate and disconcerning.

Vaccination reservations system is crap. Had our appointment at the wrong one, as did others here today. Very poor experience. Maybe try CVS.
