If I could give zero stars I would. Four people in pharmacy and not able to fill emergency prescription for a patient that just had surgery. Sitting in the parking lot in car while my son is in agony. When I told them I never had this problem with CVS - the response was “ we are way busier than CVS”

This Walgreens is ok, the staff are usually kind (the cashiers, mostly). The main complaint is the manager, or I think he is, or one of them. I'm talking about an older asian guy. He's always so mean and ill-mannered. Every time I go to pick up an order, because I work for Uber eats so sometimes I need help from the staff to find an item so I press the help from staff button, he's always so angry and rushing me, and signing and talking to me in an angry, bored, or bothered way, and it really ticks me off. That guy should be fired because it doesn't do well for customers to have to deal with his attitude. I hate him.

Avoid this Walgreens if you can. The staff here are lazy, entitled and don’t give a damn. My daughter got diagnosed with pneumonia and her prescription was sent to this Walgreens. I got there at 7:59 and the doors were closing to the pharmacy. The staff were still there and I asked them to make an exception as my child was sick. Their reply “it’s 8:01pm”. No wonder this company is going down the tubes. If you want a better service, go to the Walgreens on Broadway and Belmont.

This is a restroom at a premier pharmacy brand? Employees must wash their hands in this, before returning to work? Jeez, I'm moving my prescriptions to another store, this is disgusting. You should smell the bathroom odor. Run away!

They never fill my prescriptions on time. Most months I have to go in 2-3 times to get it filled because they don’t have it ready when they say they will, and they never answer the phones.

I've tried calling multiple times to ensure they got my insurance changes that I updated online. I've been hung up on or on hold for 30 min in which it says it can't connect and ends the call. I'm trying to get a prescription transferred over that I was told they have in stock. I guarantee by the time they get back to me it won't be in stock and I'll be back at square one.

Staff (especially pharmacy staff) are uniformly rude and unpleasant making frequent mistakes and becoming defensive and even aggressive about them. Even a basic prescription often takes 2-3 visits to get and usually leaves you feeling frustrated and angry. I’ve moved all non urgent prescriptions to Amazon.
