Walgreens offers prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing services. The store is generally clean, well stocked, and staff are often professional, kind, and helpful. The pharmacy staff are known for helping customers find the best prices and making them feel welcome. Employees are willing to pitch in and assist with any needs, and the general manager is involved in supporting the team. While there can be lines at the pharmacy, especially during busy times, the overall experience is positive. Customers appreciate the friendly service and fair treatment, noting that the store and staff work hard to provide a solid, reliable experience despite occasional busy periods.
Absolutely ridiculous. Claim that a prescription is “in warehouse and won’t ship due to an insurance issue”. Turns out they are holding on to it ,and gave a bogus response because they are near closing. Absolutely criminal, and from what I’ve heard it is not a first time offense. I cannot believe it.

Live 2 blocks from this Walgreens but I go instead to the Walgreens on Armitage and Dayton, which is much better. Anything that can go wrong at this pharmacy, will go wrong. Insanely long lines. 45 minute wait for vaccines, even with an appointment. This clearly comes down to management issues.

It’s actually crazy how bad it is, every time they text me something is ready it never is and I have to come back. Every time I have to wait several days, it’s also more expensive than any other pharmacy. And they always have the sweet poor girl working by herself and no one helps her so there’s a crazy line.
