This Walgreens pharmacy is loved for its excellent service. The staff is amazing, super attentive, friendly, and helpful, working as a team to satisfy customers. The pharmacy service is quick, with customers always in and out super fast; any line moves extremely fast. Employees answer questions with patience and details. The store manager is always very helpful. The location is open 24 hours. However, there are concerns about a lack of security, with reports of homeless people stealing from time to time around the clock. Customers are advised to be careful of homeless people and rats if visiting very late.
This might be the worst pharmacy in Chicago. I have had instances where they have misrepresented when a prescription would be filled and why it was delayed. I was on hold on the phone for 45 minutes today only to have them hang up. I will be giving CVS a chance. Walgreens is a joke.

I like going into this local Walgreens. The people who work their are friendly. And I like what they have stocked. The prices are reasonable. And I like the atmosphere.
