If you like half the store locked up, and needing to chase down one of two clerks to unlock what you need, this is the place for you. If you don't like the convenience of a drive-thru, even if they have one but "close" it forcing you to go inside the store, then this is the place for you. If you like dirty floors, rude customers, and severely overpriced OTC meds, this is the place for you.

Beyond unhelpful. I arrived to pick up my prescription and while providing my insurance information they were more focused on closing the register out with 7 minutes left of open time then told me I could come back tomorrow morning. Absolutely useless and will be moving my prescriptions to CVS

Came to do some shopping for tissue just to see the “manager” arguing with a customer very unprofessional not sure why he kept throwing out there that he’s a manager maybe be he didn’t want to serve her for somebody to be a manager he was very unprofessional and ghetto

Ilynda has the worst customer service. Terrible attitude, unprofessional and failed to deliver. She was not only unhelpful but also seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I felt ignored and disrespected as she didn't listen to my issues and, dismissive responses. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
She then proceeded to tell her co worker who came over to assist that “ I could wait “.
Given the poor service I received, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this company to others.

This store sometimes is randomly closed without warning. Several times I needed to pick up my meds and the ENTIRE store was “temporarily closed”. And no not the friggin lunch break stuff at the pharmacy. I’m talking the ENTIRE STORE just closed due to leaky or flooding pipes apparently.
So I had to stop using them as my pharmacy because I need reliable access to my medication.
Also, their website will say stuff is in stock when it isn’t.
Also, you need a worker to unlock basically anything for everything.
Also, always annoying beggars infront of store.
Hate shopping here. Don’t bother.

Worst pharmacy ever, they don’t communicate or even say anything when you approach the counter , acts as if your not standing there. Don’t make the customer feel good at all I hate this store get a new staff that actually care

This location is often closed when it is supposed to be open. Very annoying!!! 😡

THIS WALGREENS SUCKS. They changed the hours to close at 6pm on Sundays. I call at 6:05 and they keep picking up and hanging up. This is terrible when dealing with patients meds. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS PHARMACY FOR THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME

worst attitude ever, don’t go, the guy kept yelling at customer and being extremely impatient with the service.
