Walgreens is a neighborhood pharmacy that offers a range of services with generally friendly staff and a clean, well-maintained store. The assistant store manager and pharmacist are highly praised for their helpfulness and caring attitude, with one pharmacist being described as knowledgeable, patient, and going beyond to assist customers. The pharmacy staff are appreciated for their efforts, though some reviews mention that certain pharmacy techs could benefit from additional training in customer service. Customers have experienced both positive and challenging moments, such as getting flu shots with minimal wait times and finding needed products easily. However, there have been instances of being overcharged for medicines and receiving skimped dosages. The store also provides convenient services like prescription pickups and flu vaccinations, which are valued by the community. While the store staff are often friendly and professional, some customers note issues with panhandling outside the store, which can make the shopping experience uncomfortable. Overall, Walgreens is seen as a decent, neighborhood-focused pharmacy with dedicated staff, though improvements in customer service and safety could enhance the experience.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I come to the drive up, there’s an issue, I have to wait sooooo long, and they’re so rude. Like I’m an inconvenience. If you’re the pharmacist at this location you should be ashamed of your staff. FY

Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. They shut the shutters in my face when they could have just told me they were taking their break. Is it new policy now that every pharmacist takes their break at the same time? It is not posted anywhere in the store. I would recommend taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

An average Walgreens but pharmacy staff is often overwhelmed, impatient and rude (Walgreens please give this store more resources)
