West Town Bikes is a really good place to buy bikes and bike parts. The shop is really clean and the people working there are good, knowledgeable, and passionate. Staff are super nice, helpful, thorough, and patient, especially for those with little knowledge, and are not just trying to sell something but want to help customers make the right choice. They confidently answer all questions and let customers test multiple bikes. For repairs, they are generous and capable, fixing even rusted and busted bikes quickly and affordably when other shops have long waits. The place is popping with regulars, and the after-purchase tune-up policy is generous. Customers are super happy and definitely plan to return for all repairs and service.
