The manager Jamal is extremely rude and walked off while I was asking him questions. They have a new policy where you can't return with an ID but this "policy" is not stated anywhere in the store, on the receipt, or mentioned before purchase. The receipt still says you can return with the original receipt, which is a lie.

I've been waiting 20 minutes for a passport photo. The photo attendant A. has a horrible attitude and 0 customer service skills..when I asked if she worked here she hesitated and hardly even responded. She spent the majority of the time assisting someone she obviously has a personal relationship with copying a ton of photos.

I sat in line at this location for nearly an hour! How does it take an hour to give three people prescriptions. HORRIBLE!
