    I spoke with Orlando the branch manager at this location. He was amazing. He understood the problem and worked with my bank to correct the situation .     Wintrust bank on Elston Ave, Chicago is a great branch. The bank is highly competitive, employees are extremely competent and efficient. Every appointment is taken on time and employees provide outstanding customer experience while being efficient. They do not waste your time which I truly appreciate.
