They were quick, efficient and friendly. I went in 30 minutes before they closed, rented my modem and was back home within that half an hour. The gentleman who assisted me also had a great personality!

I had a bad experience at this location with a person named Jessie. This guy was texting on his phone the whole time, while throwing snarky comments when i mention something related to my service.

I didn't like their service, they tell you the flat 55 per month and you come to me, I charge 210 in a month and another 105 for installing in a month, page 315 is a theft

You were once great but bc of your capitalist greed you've monopolized the market and people are forced to choose you. I've been having issues with my internet since the Christmas season has started. You can't talk to an actual human being on the phone and it's funny when you walk into these centers you see Anericans but in the app you get people from southeast Asia who I cannot understand and cannot understand me. You've caused ne great mental anguish and frustration but I guess you don't care. It's time for a class action suit!!!

Y’all go to Jessie!! He’s honest, fast, and knowledgeable. We spoke to someone on the phone back in June about transferring our Wi-Fi to a new apartment. That was a nightmare! But Jessie got it all sorted out

I don't know why the reviews were so bad for this place... I came in on a Monday afternoon and was out in less than 20 minutes. I was greeted at the door, and the rep (Stephanie) explained everything clearly. She also recommended that I go into the store instead of calling online. 10/10

Best damn xfinity store in the city fixed my issue in less than 10mins mind you multiple agents over the phone could not fix or solve my problems no help and made things worse I would suggest always come to this location and not call Comcast customer service etc!

Basic/ below average customer service by very young people who could use customer service training skills. I felt like I was the enemy. On 4 occasions ( why did I have to go 4 times? That tells you something!) And if you ask " out-of- the- box questions ( excuse the pun)...they just have no idea how to help you. The rolling of the eyes and flat affect from my 4 different reps ( age 18 to 19) conveyed they would rather be on Instagram than help me. Research another service provider!
