Was actually pleasantly surprised by this store! It's really nice inside, more of a showroom than a service center, and there was a sales rep standing at the door to greet me. Service was great and instantaneous. Got my cable box and was in and out within 5 minutes. RCN can learn from this store! Still nice after all these... read full comment

Stopped by the Xfinity store for help with my phone and had an outstanding experience. Jesus and Ashley went above and beyond—super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They made a frustrating situation so much easier. Big thanks to both of them for the excellent service!
