The staff and doctors are the best, very attentive, patient, kind, and really friendly. They are very nice and obviously love animals, interacting with pets in a very personal way, even sitting on the floor. They never seem in a rush, spending ample time going over findings, next steps, and answering all questions. The team is understanding, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help, including finding lower-cost options. They create clear plans, provide educational pieces, and do their absolute best to get pets in as soon as possible. Pets get excited to go there, and the care leads to remarkable improvements in health. The practice offers vaccination plans, city licenses, and helps select heartworm and flea/tick medications. Their Wellness Package is an easy, all-inclusive option for preventive care. Highly recommended, though they book up fast as they are not a big team or an emergency clinic.
