My daughter accidentally shattered the screen on her phone and I searched out on yelp. I came across great reviews and decided to go in. The service guy was nice, professional and quick. He did a great job fixing the phone and the price was reasonable.

They told me it would take a day for them to run a diagnostic on my laptop. It’s been 2 weeks, no one answers the phones, and the store is closed during business hours.
