“I had my battery replaced on my iPhone 13 Mini, one of the few shops that had batteries for this low selling iPhone. I appreciated the messages after I scheduled the repair, which was just a few days from when I scheduled. Thanks to this, I disconnected Apple Pay and Find My so the iPhone was ready for the battery replacement. When I arrived at my scheduled time, the man at the front desk took my phone and the case and brought it to a technician. The shop has a big and comfortably padded couch where people can wait. I listened to my favorite podcast on lifting culture and bodybuilding using a portable MP3 player. I was surprised that in just exactly half an hour later my phone was ready and the battery had been replaced without incident. I did not realize that replacement batteries are at zero when shops receive them. My iPhone was at 16 percent. The shop was gracious enough to charge the phone for 10 minutes to boost my level to 27 percent so I had plenty of charge for the trip home. I have a pocket cell phone charger. I wish I brought it. An advisory for customers to bring their portable cell phone chargers would have been helpful. Yet, I easily made it home on the charge I had with the brand new battery. I had great service and a quick repair with no problems whatsoever. Thanks guys for making this so smooth.”

It took two days of hard work but Bob was incredibly patient throughout the process, tenacious, answered all my questions, worked closely with the Denom support team, and spent extra time and effort (at no cost) making it all look cosmetically nice by adding new wall plates and organizing the mess of cables. Xfinity had a power outage and it disconnected me from my WiFi, went to the AT&T store and they hooked me up to their WiFi and bingo, but they couldn’t extract my PW and said it’s Xfinity’s fault, went to Xfinity and they said there is nothing wrong and then of course tried selling me a new phone, then remembered Emil told him what the issue was and he said bring me your modem, he hooked it up to his system and found the PW, came home, hooked the cables up and ?? so if you need anything repaired go to Rodina pc repair!!! 7010 W Belmont, you’ll be glad you did !!!”

“I’m finally getting to write my review. I came to this shop about a month ago. My husbands phone had a broken screen, front and back.
Comparing prices; monthly phone insurance is an average $19 for my carrier. For 24 months ( total $456) because typically a phone will last us about that average time before breaking a screen or any type of damage leading to a replacement. Deduction for a claim for my husbands iPhone 13 Pro Max is $250 that would bring us to paying $706 for a replacement phone not a new phone. That’s ridiculous!
