“Celestial at Peoria location is amazing and takes the time to get to know her customers and doesn’t judge someone based on situation financially and is open to share and relate. I may not have exactly what I want with my account but I at least know I’m in good hands regardless. She deserves to be a manager not just a banker. All would benefit. If I could give more stats I would. Especially after the experience I had at bank of Farmington which was horrid. Thank you celestrial for giving me hope in today’s society. PROMOTE THIS LADY!!!!!!”

However, let's be honest here and talk about the elephant in the room. Chase needs to step up their telephone reps because no one really knows what the person on the other line, with 3 kids screaming and a dog barking in the background, is doing or saying anyway. When they ask for my name and account number, I want to hang up right then. Love Chase. Don't love Chase CSR in Bangledesh. Imagine the teller lines with the same staff they employ for the phones. Particularly when we had to transfer funds from a personal account to our LLC account — they ensured that we did it correctly. This branch has also been a very handy location for our safe deposit box and the longest I ever waited to gain access was 5 minutes. In short, this PNC branch and its staff acts like a “neighborhood bank” which cares about its patrons.”
