“I have been to a few different shops and they have either given me the run around or used the fear mongling tactic . Brian and the crew are awesome! I don’t have the best luck with vehicles but he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how things work. Never once made me feel dumb!!! I highly recommend them!!! “I was in the process of closing on a new house in Louisville, Kentucky and got rear-ended by some lady in town. The folks at D’s pulled out all the stops and managed to get my car done in two weeks (a week and a half ahead of schedule), so I wouldn’t have to make a return trip to Peoria to pick up the car. They were communicative, friendly, and very helpful. It’s not often that you feel like a business really cares about you as person. These guys did.”

“So they fix things well, but I know nothing about cars, so maybe they did a bad job--seems great, though. The 5th star comes from the service and professionalism. Tiffany, who works the front desk, hears from me that there aren't any rental cars for us because the insurance messed up the dates or something. It's Peoria; I need wheels to get around. But unlike the gal at the rental car place, Tiffany finds me a solution. She is able to delay our repair to when a rental IS available. In retrospect, it's an easy fix. Things look easy when you're dealing with pros, however.

“Highly recommend Precision Collision. Had an unexpected deer collision that totaled my car. Enter Bob and his team to the rescue! It was towed swiftly. Excellent communication, very understanding and knowledgeable. Bob went above and beyond by helping walk me through a difficult experience with ease and support. He also provided a free rental car and that was a life saver. The staff is wonderful to work with, and would absolutely do business again. Thank you again Bob!”
