“The Metamora post office does a great job for the mostly rural area it serves. The main problem we have is that it actually closes down for an hour between 11 am and noon. Really? Staff can't go on staggered lunches?”

“The employees have always been friendly and helpful. This is a smaller USPS, but I rarely have to wait long (I do try to avoid the hours of 3-5). It's a no-nonsense trip - the staff helps you get what you need and be on your way; very efficient staff response. Very clean, (dated, but gives you that historical Chillicothe feel).I once had live chicks delivered here, and although they were late in their arrival (not because of Chilli USPS), the workers were on top of calling me the moment they arrived, even after hours. This location truly cares about the community it serves.”
